Gentiva Hospice

Gentiva provides care for patients at the end of their lives, as well as caringfor their familis and loved ones. we use an interdisciplinary approach, utiling the skills of the medical director/attending physician, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers to ensure a peaceful and dignified death.
