Sobre Nós
We are a skilled rehab facility located in the Crabtree Valley area. We provide both short and long term care for individuals who are to be discharged from hospital but need more acute care. We provide 24 hour nursing care along with social services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide ammenities such as tv and phones in rooms. We also have some private rooms available. We provide activities for individuals as well.
