Opanije is a Brazilian-based startup, engaging in the vanguard of Traditional Arts worldwide!

We aim to spotlight Brazilian, Diasporic, and African culture, empowering teachers who are actually born in oral and traditional communities and embody culture and tradition.

Traditional and oral culture is severely marginalized in mainstream media outlets and platforms, and artists from Traditional Communities in Brazil, Africa, and the whole of Diaspora suffer from the lack of opportunities.

Opanije is an education platform that seeks to connect and provide the means of communication for Traditional Arts teachers to reach students worldwide. Our goal is to propagate voices and perpetuate culture and tradition worldwide.
