Steady Steps Counseling

Steady Steps Counseling LLC is a telehealth private practice based in Oradell, NJ dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality mental health services across New Jersey. Founded in 2024, we provide outpatient psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, families, and groups, with a focus on making mental health care warm, approachable, and clinically rigorous.

We work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and a wide range of mental health concerns.
