Women's Health Services is an independent abortion clinic providing terminations up to 24 weeks in an outpatient setting- the only one in New England. The mission of Women's Health Services is to ensure that abortion remains financially and logistically accessible. While we see people from all walks of life, we primarily serve low-income communities who otherwise would not be able to afford hospital-level care, and patients from states all across the United States seeking second-trimester abortion care. We provide safe, trauma-informed abortion care in a non-judgmental, compassionate environment.
