At Dignity and Hope, our mission is to provide quality, compassionate hospice and palliative care wherever our patient calls home. Our caring and compassionate team provides a holistic, interdisciplinary approach while understanding the unique personal wishes of each individual. We respect personal choices, cultures and spiritual backgrounds while providing genuine and uncompromising care. Dignity and Hope's basic philosophy of care preserves the dignity our clients deserve and offers hope when a family needs it most.

Dignity and Hope Hospice and Palliative Care is a unique story about the conscious decision by a group of professionals with over 30 years of senior care and 20 years of hospice experience to create a hospice program immersed in the commitment to genuine and uncompromising care and an unwavering compassion for those we care for.
Our interdisciplinary team includes Physicians, Nurses, Hospice Aides, Social Workers, Chaplain, Dieticians, Specialized Therapists, Bereavement Coordinators and YOU -- Volunteers.
