Sobre Nós
Intermountain Health Hospice, formerly known as Lutheran Hospice, is a comprehensive program providing care and support for individuals with a terminal illness, and offering education and support for their families. Established in June 1985, the program is licensed by the State of Colorado, certified by Medicare and accredited by The Joint Commission, which sets the standards by which health care quality is measured.
Intermountain Health Hospice provides end-of-life programs and services in a variety of settings, including an inpatient unit, nursing facilities, and the patient's own home. We serve a 60 mile radius from our office in Wheat Ridge. Our services are created to meet the needs of the terminally ill and those who love them.
