Our Mission is to provide optimal comfort and dignity to our patients through their end-of- life journey. We will achieve this by concentrating on patient and family centered goals with a focus not only on the medical needs but also by providing care for the mental and spiritual needs of our patients and families during their journey.
Sobre Nós
Grace and Glory Hospice provides hospice care to patients in their homes in 5 Bay Area Counties. Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, San Mateo and San Joaquin. We have a Volunteer Program with training to give you confidence to visit with our patients. There are 2 main ways to volunteer with us. 1. Patient Visits 2. Office Support. We are looking for volunteers that are certified Cosmetologists as well. Becoming a Hospice Volunteer is so rewarding and can give you a whole new outlook on life. Sign up today!
