Missão
Legacy Hospice, using a team approach, will provide holistic comfort care to terminally ill patients and their families, having an individualized Plan of Care for each patient developed by the hospice staff.
Sobre Nós
At Legacy Hospice, we have a great appreciation for hospice volunteers. They are key members of our hospice team. Whether it's visiting patients or helping out in the office, our volunteers help our healthcare professionals provide extraordinary care to our paitients and their families.
We are currently seeking volunteers to sit with our patients, and volunteers to help out in the office.
