Join us on Thursday, September 18 at the Riverdale Y as we welcome the Jewish New Year with a festive holiday meal for our older adult community. Volunteers will help set up, serve a warm lunch to more than 200 guests, and create a welcoming, celebratory atmosphere. This is a wonderful way to honor the spirit of Rosh Hashanah through service, connection, and care for elders.
Shifts include table setup, food service, beverage support, and cleanup. No prior experience needed—just bring a kind heart and willingness to help.
When: Thursday, September 18, 2025, 11:00 AM–2:30 PM
