Volunteer Opportunities: Help Make History!
We’re seeking passionate, creative, and reliable volunteers to help us plan and execute the Dynamite Cookathon — a Guinness World Record cooking marathon happening in New York City this spring (April 2026). This multi-day event will raise awareness about food insecurity and girls’ empowerment through Dynamite Foods and Dynamite Girls International.
We’re looking for volunteers starting now to help us prepare and organize the event, as well as on-site support during the Cookathon itself.
Pre-Event Volunteer Roles (Now – March 2026)
- Project Management Volunteer: Work directly with the founder and team to coordinate all aspects of the event from planning timelines and tracking deliverables to ensuring teams stay organized across logistics, media, and partnerships.
- Event Coordination Team: Help with logistics, scheduling, volunteer onboarding, and communication with partners and sponsors.
- Social Media & PR Volunteers: Assist with content creation, social media campaigns, and outreach to press and influencers.
- Fundraising & Partnerships Team: Support sponsor outreach, donor research, and fundraising campaigns.
- Operations & Procurement Support: Help organize kitchen supplies, vendor contacts, and delivery logistics.
- Creative Team: Work on design, photography, and storytelling to promote the Cookathon online.
Event-Day Roles (March 2026)
- Kitchen Assistants & Sous Chefs: Support the lead chef during the cooking marathon.
- Stage & Guest Coordinators: Manage guests, media, and interviews.
- Livestream & Content Team: Capture behind-the-scenes footage and live updates.
- Volunteer Support Crew: Help with scheduling, meal breaks, and guest hospitality.

- Individuals seeking hands-on nonprofit or event experience

Here’s how to get involved:
Submit your RSVP or email dynamitegirlsintl@gmail.com with “Cookathon Volunteer” in the subject line.
Once we receive your message, our team will follow up with available volunteer roles and a brief orientation link.
Virtual volunteers will start immediately with planning and coordination. In-person volunteers will receive location details closer to the New York City Cookathon (March 2026) event date.
What to expect:
- Flexible virtual meetings (4–5 hours weekly)
- Opportunities to contribute to project management, social media, logistics, and fundraising
- A chance to make history and empower communities through food and service
