The French Development Agency
Agence française de développement is the central player in French development policy. We are committed to projects that concretely improve the lives of people in developing countries, emerging countries and French overseas territories.
Working in many sectors - energy, health, biodiversity, water, digital, professionnal training - we accompany the transition to a safer, fairer and more sustainable world: a world in common. Our action is fully in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Present in 108 countries, we finance and monitor more than 2,500 development projects today.
In the Middle East our Regional office covers our activities in Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Iraq.
