Northwest Regional Council

NWRC is an association of county governments serving the people of Island, San Juan, Skagit and Whatcom counties. We serve as the NW WA Area Agency on Aging, implementing federal and state programs for people who are older or who have disabilities, helping them to live in their own homes and communities for as long as possible, postponing or eliminating the need for institutional care (such as nursing homes.)
