Lehigh County Housing Authority will provide affordable housing in the most efficient and effective manner to qualified individuals in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the County of Lehigh and/or any other entity providing funding for affordable housing programs.
