Missão
To provide opportunities through community based therapeutic recreation programs for citizens with disabilities to develop physical, social and leisure skills necessary to participate in a continuum of activities which will enhance their well-being.
Sobre Nós
The Adaptive Recreation program provides a variety of year-round therapeutic recreation activities to individuals with physical, developmental and mental disabilities. Our services include: Specially Designed Programs which are created and adapted for a variety of support needs, TRAC (Transition to Recreational Activities in the Community), a program designed to integrate individuals with disabilities into already existing recreational programs and 14 year-round, competitive Special Olympics sports programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
