Missão
The Fulton Co. Office for Aging and Youth exists to support and assist older adults, their families, caregivers and friends in remaining independent, in their own homes, preventing unnecessary placement and/or need for Medicaid. The Youth Bureau exists to support youth by offering programs to prevent substance use, to enhance general health, and more.
Sobre Nós
Established in 1978, this agency provides many programs and services for older adults, their caregivers, families and friends. Examples of these programs are:
Nutrition Services (home delivered meals, lunch sites, counseling and education), Case Management, Health Insurance Counseling, Transportation, Information and Assistance. We utilize volunteers to deliver meals to people in their homes and we are in desperate need of more volunteers for this program.
