The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) provides legal advice and services to staff of the Department of Education. The Division of Educational Equity is one of seven divisions in OGC. We provide legal advice and services on issues related to Federal civil rights laws, and all aspects of the administration of grants to individuals with disabilities.
