The primary mission of the Office of Socially Responsible Evaluation in Education (SREed), within the Office of Research, is to provide educators with actionable information and feedback about the implementation and effectiveness of their programs, policies, and practice. SREed works with educators across the state of Wisconsin on a variety of reform efforts including the state’s Educator Effectiveness system, Milwaukee’s GEAR UP initiative, understanding School Climate within the Milwaukee Public Schools, and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Milwaukee SPARK program.
