Somerville Public Schools mission statement: Ours is a multicultural school community dedicated to the realization of the full intellectual, physical, social, and emotional potential of all students. Sobre Nós
Community Schools provides after school and out-of-school time care in all eight Somerville Public Elementary schools and operates Monday-Friday from school day dismissal to 5:30pm. The program provides safe, structured and developmentally appropriate activities for students designed to support the District meet its vision of developing the whole child. It is our charge to provide high quality, affordable after school and out-of-school time care to Somerville families from Pre-K through grade 5. Students are offered a variety of hands-on enrichment activities, homework help and/or tutoring, choice time and a nutritious snack daily provided by Somerville Public School Food Services.
