Councilman Henon was elected in 2011 to represent the constituents of the 6th District in northeast Philadelphia. During his first two years in office he's focused his efforts on improving opportunities for Philadelphia's workforce, protecting the local environment and addressing quality of life issues that impact the livability and vibrancy of Philadelphia.
