Lower Columbia Fish Recovery Board

The board's mission is the restore salmon and steelhead listed under the federal Endangered Species Act in the Lower Columbia region to healthy, harvestable levels by restoring and protecting important fish habitat, promoting conservation and wise use the the region's water resources, and leading a collaborative fish recovery program that includes the active participation of fderal and state agencies, tribes, local governments, and the public.
