City Auditor’s Independent Police Review is complaint department for police misconduct where we accept commendations for good police work, as well accept and investigate complaints of police misconduct. We serve under the elected City Auditor, and only oversee the sworn members of the Portland Police Bureau, and not any other law enforcement in the area.
