U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission

The EEOC is the federal agency responsible for enforcing federal laws prohibiting discrimination in the workplace based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability status and genetic information. Some of EEOC’s Enforcement division includes investigators, who work as impartial fact finders, collecting information through interviews and examination of records.
