To radically transform Oaxacan society in such a way that the state of Oaxaca ceases to be one of the lowest socio- economic indicators of the country.

1. Decentralize education and thereby limit the exodus of young people from their places of origin.
2. Limit the concentration of cultural and economic resources in major universities
3. Create cultural instruments capable of transforming society.
