Delaware Weatherization Assistance Program

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) reduces energy costs for low-income households by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes.In addition, the program makes people’s homes healthier, safer, and more comfortable.

The Delaware Weatherization Assistance Program has existed for decades. Using a network of community service organizations weatherization services are still being provided to Delaware's low-income community today.
