Santa Clara County, Equal Opportunity Department, Conflict Resolution Services

We support the development of healthy conflict resolution practices on individual, interpersonal and institutional levels for all Santa Clara County staff. Through our services we contribute to a harmonious work environment where we can be   happier, healthier and more productive within our roles and as a team. Our program offers conflict resolution sessions to individuals in conflict, staff coaching and training, as well as consultation to County departments looking to address conflicts at an organizational level.
