The City of Fremont's Human Relations Commission (HRC) promotes and helps create a community environment in which all men, women and children, regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, disability or sexual orientation, may live, learn, work and play in harmony
Sobre Nós
The Age Well Center is a community facility that caters to the general public primarily for Senior needs. Classes, Lunch, Tax Services, Health Services, and many other programs are available at this facility. This is a "home away from home" for our Seniors in this community, with your help we will make our facility run stronger.
