The Navigator Center connects recent Baltimore City School graduates with meaningful college and career pathways that link the young adults of Baltimore with empowering routes to family-supporting wages. College and career pathways are not always linear. Goals can change. Our vision is to improve the rate at which our high school graduates transition successfully into the workforce by providing professional one-on-one college and career coaching for all Young Adults up to the age of 24.
