About Legal Services Vermont
Legal Services Vermont is the statewide grantee of the federal Legal Services Corporation and works in close partnership with Vermont Legal Aid to deliver comprehensive civil legal assistance to low-income and vulnerable Vermonters. LSV provides legal advice and representation in housing, consumer, public benefits, and family law; operates the statewide legal services helpline; manages a nationally recognized legal information website; and coordinates a statewide pro bono program
LSV is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) law firm providing free services to clients across Vermont. The organization has a $1.8M+ annual budget and a staff of 13 based in Burlington
Together with its partners, LSV helps more than 25,000 Vermonters each year and works toward systemic solutions that strengthen communities statewide
The Opportunity
The Executive Director will build upon a strong foundation established by current leadership and lead LSV through strategic growth and transformation. This leader will combine operational excellence with bold vision strengthening financial sustainability, deepening partnerships, and expanding LSV’s reach and influence across Vermont and nationally.
