POSITION OVERVIEW
The Lactation Care Coordinator serves as both the clinical team lead and operational backbone of Mamatoto Village's Lactation Services program. On the operational side, this role is responsible for documenting and coordinating urgent referrals.
Reporting to the Lactation Program Manager, the Lactation Care Coordinator works at the intersection of clinical quality and program operations as Mamatoto Village expands lactation services to include private-paying clients and positions itself as a premier lactation support center for families in DC and Prince George's County.
