POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Supervisor of Clinical Support Services to provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Program Managers and the broader social services team, including student interns. This role supports partnership development, program evaluation, and administrative oversight—including data management and budgeting—for supportive services. The role is part-time and structured as a 1099 independent contractor position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Leadership

• Supervise clinical team members.
• Ensure service goals and contract and funding requirements are met.
• Develop and monitor program effectiveness plans; recommend changes as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight to staff and interns.
• Guide staff on clinical interventions and crisis management.
• Collaborate with leadership and teams across the organization.
• Model social work ethics and implement best practices in programming.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review workflow and operations.
• Foster an organized and effective work environment for staff.
• Identify improvements in program delivery and guest engagement.
• Oversee data collection quality and reporting in Apricot database.
• Develop policies and practices that align with program goals.

Partnership Collaboration

• Serve as primary liaison for clinical partnerships.
• Maintain partner directory with relevant contact/service details.
• Manage MOUs with partners; ensure clarity of scope and responsibilities.
• Vet, onboard, and supervise interns aligned with BSL needs.
• Provide clinical supervision to MSW/BSW/social service interns.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active or pending LSW, LCSW, or equivalent license
• 5+ years in social services, working with populations facing deep poverty, housing and food insecurity, mental health, trauma, and/or substance use
• 5+ years supervising direct service teams in shelter, drop-in, or community-based settings

COMPENSATION

$35.00 – $65.00/hour, commensurate with experience
