Executive Director

The Executive Director is Maynard House's chief staff leader, responsible for day-to-day operations and the organization's long-term sustainability under the direction of the Board of Directors. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy, fundraising and community relationships, staff and guest needs, financial oversight, and the practical demands of operating a small nonprofit lodging facility.
