The New York New Jersey Regional Joint Board of Workers United is hiring a Bilingual Worksite Organizer (Spanish/English) to build worker power, deepen democratic shop leadership, and win contracts that transform people's lives.

Who We Are
Workers United is a Union transforming the experience of working people through militant shop leadership and organizing that doesn't play it safe. The labor movement is having a moment — and we're forging a path where our members lead and organizing is constant, not occasional.
What You'll Do
Work side-by-side with worker leaders across shops fighting to strengthen existing contracts and shops organizing to win their first. contract.
- Build and run campaigns and escalating action plans in represented shops
- Work with shop leaders to achieve collective goals
- Identify and develop new leaders into active Union roles
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of union or related organizing experience
- A track record of moving people to action
- Independence, sound judgment, and strong collaborative instincts
- Ability to build rapport across diverse communities
- Comfort with Google Suite, and project management tools
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable, constant car access
Regular Tri-State travel required (expenses covered); occasional travel farther out for campaigns. workshops and conferences.
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000–$80,000/year, commensurate with experience. Full benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and defined benefit pension. This position is union-represented under a collective bargaining agreement.
