Founded in 1976, Capay Organic (the farm) and Farm Fresh To You (the service) provide truly fresh, organic fruits and vegetables to doorsteps throughout the state of California. We are a second-generation family business that firmly believes in providing healthy foods to create healthy families while at the same time honoring our responsibility to preserve the planet.

Essential Responsibilities/Requirements:

This is an OUTSIDE SALES position having live conversations out in Bay Area communities. This is NOT a social networking position. No online sales are allowed because it does not work for our purposes.

• Community engagement
• Effective communication skills
• Future Event Sourcing
• Signing up new participants for our farm to table service
• Basic computer skills (Word, Spreadsheets, Outlook)
• Career-oriented

Bonus:

• 4 year or professional degree
• Experience in Health, Wellness and Nutrition
• Working knowledge of our food system, sustainability and environmental impact
• Tech savvy (having your own laptop is a plus but not a requirement)
• Canvassing experience, street canvassing, tabling, event sales, door to door leadership
