Director of Organizational Effectiveness
Detalhes
Descrição
Having grown our operations and impact significantly, we are excited to be recruiting for a new senior leader - a Director of Organizational Effectiveness - to lead key internal assessments, investments, and changes to further align our people, process, and technology systems.
The Director of Organizational Effectiveness (DOE) is a senior operational integrator responsible for strengthening how our organization works. Joining and working in coordination with our Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), the DOE serves as an internal consultant, change leader, and strategic project manager, partnering across departments to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively, priorities are clear, and performance is measurable.
The DOE will focus on assessing and prioritizing key risks and opportunities - and then lead on thoughtful change management through intentional collaboration with department leaders throughout the organization. This role focuses on updating and aligning our people, process, and technology systems to enhance organizational effectiveness, reduce friction, and support the SLT in executing our mission efficiently and collaboratively across the organization.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, forward-thinking organization at an exciting time. Our team is guided by shared values of kindness, collaboration, and excellence. We are looking for a leader who is energized by complexity, passionate about people, fluent in process and technology, committed to continuous improvement, and motivated to help build stronger systems that support people and purpose.
Our work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to resources and opportunity. Since our founding in 1969, we have been a trusted, community-centered partner bringing people together to provide critical support and create meaningful pathways for our neighbors in need. Over the past several years, we’ve expanded both our reach and our vision. From the launch of our innovative Food Club & Opportunity Hub and our second Resale Store location, to new partnerships addressing affordable housing and the growth of Lakeshore Food Rescue, we are continuously evolving to meet the needs of our community in thoughtful and strategic ways.
