Future Chefs, based in Roxbury, prepares teens for success in work and life after high school with hands-on learning, mentorship, and opportunities to build the essential skills that lay the foundation for lifelong economic stability. We are hiring a Senior Individual Giving Manager to help grow and deepen our community of donors, to fuel real opportunity for young people. This is a new role and a unique opportunity to shape the future of individual giving at a mission-driven, youth-centered organization that believes in hands-on learning, strong relationships, and equitable access to opportunity.
We’re looking for a relationship-builder who loves connecting with donors, crafting smart fundraising strategies, and turning data into action. You’ll manage a donor portfolio, help set strategy for annual and major giving, partner closely with leadership and board members, and play a key role in sustaining and growing our impact.
