For more than 30 years MMP has served as an intermediary organization, providing the critical link between national evidence-based research and programs across the State. MMP provides the tools, research, training and best practices adults require to truly show up for youth in a caring and consistent way in schools, community, and workplaces.

Overview of Position:
Mass Mentoring Partnership seeks a talented and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Training and Capacity Building to strengthen the training and consulting work that is key to the organization’s mission. MMP is committed to building a culturally diverse staff of professionals who are experienced and motivated to promote positive youth development and address equity and inclusion within our own work and that of the programs with whom we work. The Director works as an integral part of the Mass Mentoring team to build the capacity of youth-serving programs and institutions across the state. This role sets the strategy for MMP’s training and capacity building team, working closely with and reporting to a new VP of Program Strategy & Impact to support the needs of the field.
