The Development and Events Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s fundraising, development, and event planning efforts. This role will work closely with the Executive Director to create, execute, and manage fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and special events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for relationship-building, fundraising, and a creative mindset for planning successful events and campaigns that align with the organization’s mission.

Health Allowance – up to $1000 per month paid bi-weekly
Paid Time Off – Fifteen (15) days (accrued per year)
Plus standard national holidays (excluding ‘bank’ holidays) – in the event the national holiday falls on a
Saturday/Sunday, the Friday before or the Monday after the holiday may be
taken as the holiday. PTO includes sick days.
Simple IRA with 3% match
