About Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS):

potential. Our mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that change
lives for the better, forever.
Your Role as Branch Director:
As the Branch Director, you’ll be the driving force behind local operations, fundraising, and
outreach. You’ll ensure the community has access to high-quality mentoring programs by
strengthening partnerships, recruiting volunteers and families, raising funds, and cultivating a
strong, local advisory board. In short, you’ll be the face of BBBS in the Brazos Valley.

• You know how to juggle multiple projects and lead a team with purpose.
• You believe in the power of mentorship to shape the future.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Nonprofit management and supervisory experience.
• Fundraising experience is a must.
• Experience with marketing or volunteer recruitment is a plus.
Day-to-Day:
• Partner with the Program Director to deliver high-quality mentoring services.
• Represent BBBS at community events and speaking engagements.
• Lead volunteer and family recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with our Grants Manager to secure funding.
• Build and support a strong and engaged local board.

Medical, dental, disability and life insurance benefits are provided for FT employees. A medical plan that is no cost to the employee is available. The agency has between 10 and 12 holidays each year and both FT and PT employees can accrue up to 21 additional paid days off per year depending on the length of their employment. A simplified employee pension plan is also provided for FT employees after 2 years of employment. Mileage is reimbursed. Staff development opportunities are provided.
