Ideally this is someone who is detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills, who can work with a wide variety of personalities and individual learning styles. Additionally, we are looking for someone with an ability to work with diverse populations, cultivate a sense of cultural humility, and communicate with people from many cultures, backgrounds, and historically marginalized groups.

Familiarity with Unitarian Universalist values and traditions is not required, but it is very helpful, and candidates should be willing to learn and teach these things with children and their families.
