The Communications & Outreach Director will play a vital role in strengthening EPiC's
communication systems and community engagement. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative
communicator who is passionate about amplifying parent voice, racial equity, and education justice.
The director will lead storytelling, branding, and outreach efforts to deepen EPiC’s visibility, mobilize
our base, and build authentic connections with families and partners across North Carolina.

The package will be competitive and commensurate with the skills and experiences of the successful
candidate. We offer a compensation package inclusive of fifteen (15) vacation days, ten (10) paid
holidays, and two (2) personal leave days. Health insurance is also included in the benefits package.

Nível de Proficiência do Idioma
Proficiency in developing and executing communication plans, managing outreach systems,
and using tools such as Asana, Canva, social media platforms, and CRM/databases.
