Salary range: $80,000-$85,000

Position Summary
The Social Work Supervisor will serve as a field instructor to three graduate-level social work interns placed across the Older Adult Services continuum. This role helps strengthen the agency’s training pipeline while ensuring interns receive meaningful clinical learning experiences.
The Social Work Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and contract oversight for three programs within Older Adult Services: Intake, Geriatric Mental Health, and Elder Justice. This includes supervising the program leads and directors associated with each area. The role ensures high quality service delivery, adherence to social work best practices, and compliance with all program requirements and their funders.
As a member of the Older Adult Services leadership team, the Social Work Supervisor provides guidance on clinical practice, case documentation standards, and coordinates professional development and training opportunities. The individual will support staff in addressing complex client needs while promoting effective case planning and service coordination.
