Job Purpose:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The CPL Associate & PRIMED Program Coordinator serves as the primary operational and administrative lead for ASRM’s Preparing Experts in Reproductive Medicine to Engage Decisionmakers (PRIMED) program and provides day-to-day support to the Director of the Center for Policy & Leadership.
This role is responsible for managing scholar engagement, program planning, travel coordination, reimbursements, and execution of PRIMED activities throughout the year, including Washington, DC advocacy visits, and Annual Congress programming. The position also provides administrative and project support for CPL initiatives, including drafting communications, coordinating special projects, and assisting with research and policy-related deliverables as needed. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who excels at relationship management, operational execution, and supporting high-impact leadership opportunities.
PRIMED Program Support
- Serve as a liaison to the PRIMED scholar community.
- Coordinate the logistics of the PRIMED program, including online classroom organization and communications, cohort travel and logistics, calendar coordination, scheduling support, reimbursement oversight, tracking deadlines, maintaining scholar records supporting press release and scholar bio collection and publication, and planning for and execution of program activities, including online and in-person sessions and events.
- Liaise with PRIMED participants and alumni to provide information, process reimbursements, respond to questions, and maintain collaboration and relationships between stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and coordination of educational and advocacy-facing materials for PRIMED Scholars and CPL initiatives.
- Coordinate, in partnership with other ASRM staff, the annual PRIMED Washington, DC visit, including logistics and administrative tasks.
- Support and coordinate logistics for the PRIMED Capstone Spotlight Presentation at ASRM’s Annual Congress and Expo.
Special Projects and Administrative Support
- In coordination with the CPL Director, draft and edit communications and resources aligned with the CPL's mission, such as newsletter updates, reports, articles, fact sheets, and correspondence.
- When requested, conduct background research and provide administrative support for CPL projects and deliverables as requested.
- Assist in the development of deliverables including reports, articles, newsletters, and web content.
- Monitor potential conferences and abstract-submission opportunities that the CPL can participate in and support, as appropriate, relevant submissions, and participation.
- Support planning and execution of CPL programming and initiatives throughout the year, including at ASRM’s Annual Congress and Expo.
- Support CPL external partnerships and stakeholder engagement efforts as needed.

Location: ASRM Office, Washington, D.C. Hybrid work schedule (~2 days per week in the office some evening hours, plus some travel)
