In our Business Solutions team within the Digital Services & Operations Unit, you will take on a key role as Manager Business Solutions (eProcurement). You will not only support the implementation of SAP Ariba as part of our SAP S/4HANA migration project, but also play an active role in shaping its long-term operations.

Your responsibilities

• You will play a leading role in implementing SAP Ariba as our global eProcurement solution within the scope of our SAP S/4HANA digitalization and migration project – focusing on process consulting, integration, and system design
• You will analyze, optimize, and further develop our procurement and supplier management processes in close collaboration with the relevant departments
• You will ensure seamless integration of the SAP Ariba modules – Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contracts – into our future SAP S/4HANA ERP system
• You will plan and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, process analysis, and design solutions for complex business and technical needs
• After successful implementation, you will take over the SAP Ariba application management, including incident management, troubleshooting, and support coordination through our ticketing system
• You will manage supplier onboarding, catalog integration, and maintain existing supplier relationships within the Ariba Network
• You will coordinate change, release, and testing activities in close alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners
• You will collaborate closely with end users and Product Owners to drive the strategic development of the solution
• You will take responsibility for system monitoring, user and authorization management
• You will ensure that user training and support are provided and that the solution is sustainably embedded within our organization

Your profile

• You hold a degree or completed vocational training in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field
• You have several years of professional experience with SAP Ariba and have ideally already supported the implementation and integration of SAP Ariba into an ERP system (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Management, and a strong understanding of digital procurement processes
• You are experienced in optimizing procurement processes and implementing them technically in SAP Ariba
• You enjoy working with a wide range of people and teams, and remain calm and solution-oriented even in the face of resistance during change processes
• You bring a structured, goal-oriented approach, a team mindset, and flexibility to your work
• You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work
• You are fluent in English – both written and spoken – as our team is international and English is our primary working language
