    • *Position Overview**

    We are seeking an experienced **Office Manager** to provide essential administrative, financial, and organizational support to our team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our office and programs, and requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate across staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.

    • *Key Responsibilities**
    • *Administrative Support**
    • Answer phones and emails; respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
    • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure organized workspace
    • Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and manage calendars
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
    • Develop and maintain systems for records, including grants, finances, projects, and HR
    • *Financial Management**
    • Support bookkeeping tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, and reconciliations
    • Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and assist with grant reporting
    • Process receipts and bank deposits
    • *Staff & Volunteer Support**
    • Assist program staff with coordination, data entry, and logistics
    • Supervise and support volunteers, including training and scheduling
    • *Event Support**
    • Provide administrative support for fundraising and community events
    • *Communication & Collaboration**
    • Serve as point of contact for staff, volunteers, and community members
    • Maintain effective communication with Executive Director, Board, and partners
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
    • *Qualifications**
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Familiarity with administrative systems and procedures
    • Grant Writing experience preferred
    • Nonprofit experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
    • Commitment to social justice and inclusive practices
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
