    WHO WE ARE

    The National Family Planning & Reproductive Health Association (NFPRHA) is a membership organization representing providers and administrators committed to helping people get the family planning education and care they need to make the best choices for themselves and their loved ones. NFPRHA works to enhance the ability of thousands of nurse practitioners, doctors, and other health professionals to provide high-quality family planning care through training and advocacy.

    WHAT IS THE POSITION

    Supports NFPRHA’s membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts while serving as the day-to-day administrator of the organization’s Association Management System (AMS), iMIS. This position is responsible for maintaining data integrity, supporting staff and member use of the database, assisting with reporting and analytics, and helping ensure membership operations run efficiently and effectively. The position also supports organizational events, communications, and member-facing activities.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Membership

    • Lead activities to recruit, retain, and renew members.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions regarding membership benefits, renewals, iMIS website access, and engagement opportunities.
    • Manage membership onboarding activities and lead member orientation and engagement efforts.
    • Oversee annual membership renewals and membership application processes.
    • Serves as day-to-day administrator for NFPRHA’s iMIS Association Management System (AMS).
    • Maintains integrity and accuracy of membership and organizational data through routine maintenance, audits, and data cleanup.
    • Builds and maintains queries, dashboards, and reports to support organizational operations and leadership needs.
    • Provide staff support with troubleshooting database, website, and login issues related to iMIS.
    • Assists with onsite event registration and general event logistics as needed.

    Database & Data Governance

    • Serve as first line of defense for database troubleshooting and internal support.
    • Maintain data hygiene and oversee membership data governance policies.
    • Build and run reports to support strategic decision-making.
    • Train staff on proper database usage and reporting protocols.

    Finance & Reconciliation

    • Create and manage membership and event invoices in coordination with Finance.
    • Record payments and conduct reconciliations between AMS and financial systems.
    • Support year-end audit processes and reporting.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum five (5) years of membership, database, or association management experience.
    • Demonstrated experience managing an AMS/CRM system, specifically iMIS.
    • Strong understanding of data governance and reporting.
    • Experience collaborating with Finance on reconciliation and revenue tracking.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Commitment to anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

    SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

    • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 5–10% of the time.
    • Fully remote organization with Washington, DC office access.
    • Background and credit checks required.
