About the Organization & This Opportunity
The Ability Center (TAC) is a mission-driven organization working to ensure people with disabilities have access to inclusive, welcoming recreational and athletic spaces. Too often, individuals with disabilities are excluded from opportunities for movement, connection, and community. TAC exists to change that.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team at a pivotal moment. TAC has a bold vision for impact and is focused on building a strong operational and programmatic foundation to meet a vital and underserved need. The Deputy Director will play a critical role in shaping how the organization grows, strengthening systems, supporting people, and ensuring that expansion is thoughtful, sustainable, and mission-aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by big vision, values inclusive community-building, and wants to help turn momentum into long-term impact. Learn more about TAC at tacwi.org.
