The Custodial Operations Supervisor supports the Custodial staff, as well as provides exceptional service to elevate OMSI guest and staff experience. The Custodial Operations Supervisor is hands on in leading the teams and assisting in cleaning OMSI's campus. OMSI's Portland campus includes 219,000 square feet of museum space, along with multiple outbuildings totaling over 57,000 square feet. Main responsibilities include ensuring best practices, efficiency, and safety concerns are met. The Custodial Operations Supervisor reports to the Custodial Assistant Manager, as well as assists the Custodial Operations Manager in daily operational matters.

Education & Work Experiences:
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year prior commercial custodial experience, with the following:
- Developing experience working in a fast-paced environment, often with multiple and overlapping deadlines;
- Worked collaboratively with both small and large teams/departments to ensure high customer service quality.
- Minimum 6 months experience directly supervising staff.
