Job Title: Skilled Trainer–Facilitator / Organizer

    Organization: United Vision Project

    Position Type: Contract / Part-Time

    Location: Remote

Reports To: Executive Director / Training & Engagement Lead

    About United Vision Project

The United Vision Project (UVP) is a program of United Vision for Idaho committed to building

a multiracial democracy rooted in justice, equity, and deep connection. Through mass texting and

person-to-person outreach, we connect people across extreme political differences, creating a

powerful exchange that offers a rare opportunity for people to engage in authentic dialog,

humanize one another, discover the underlying causes of authoritarian drift, identify shared

struggles, uplift shared values and deescalate political division. Our training program equips

volunteers for relationship-centered digital organizing, fostering both skill development and

practice that fosters powerful transformation that can transition into community engagement and

a deep sense of purpose. We are building a movement to engage across divides, resist

authoritarianism, and envision a better future—together.

    Position Overview

United Vision Project seeks a politically grounded, dynamic, and enthusiastic Skilled

Trainer–Facilitator / Organizer to lead live virtual training sessions for our volunteer texting

and digital outreach program. Facilitators deliver monthly training sessions that equip

participants with both technical tools and the political grounding needed to take meaningful,

    values-based action.

This role is also integral to sustaining community, supporting long-term volunteer engagement,

and ensuring that every participant feels confident, connected, and inspired to act. Trainers lead

team huddles, guide volunteers into leadership roles, and foster a culture of shared learning,

    reflection, and political purpose.

rapport building to partnered organizations that will provide 1:1 support to deepen those

    relationships

 Is warm, enthusiastic, relational, and grounded, and creates inclusive, welcoming spaces

 Understands the urgency of this political moment and is driven by a deep commitment to

 Brings both technical competence and emotional intelligence to training and volunteer

    support

 Has the organizational discipline to manage Slack threads, Zoom sessions, and Mobilize

events while keeping people and relationships at the center
