About the Job
The National Communication Association (NCA) is seeking a results-driven professional to join our Communications & Membership team as the Website & Salesforce Manager, supporting and advancing NCA’s digital ecosystem, managing the Salesforce/Fonteva CRM, CMS, and digital platforms to enhance membership, events, resources, and organizational operations. This role serves as the primary administrator for core systems while working with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable, accessible, and data-informed digital experiences.

Location
NCA is located at 1765 N St., NW, in the vibrant Dupont Circle neighborhood in Washington, D.C. The office is Metro-accessible via the Red Line (Dupont Circle Station).
Work Mode
NCA operates in a hybrid work mode; two days in the office and three days at telework. Staff are expected to be in the office on Tuesdays for strategic planning and other ongoing discussions. The position requires travel to the NCA Annual Convention in November and approximately one additional trip per year. This position will work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The work mode is regularly reviewed to meet the association's evolving needs. Such a review may necessitate changing the work mode designation for a position.
Location, Eligibility & Start Date
This position is open to candidates residing in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role. The anticipated start date for this position is May 2026.
